Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered! But if something isn't quite right, we’re here to help you get it sorted.

Refunds via our Returns Portal

If you are looking for a full refund and purchased Free Returns and Package Protection at checkout, our automated portal is the fastest way to process your request.

Step 1: Visit our Returns Portal.

Step 2: Enter your order number and shipping ZIP code (79930).

Step 3: Follow the prompts to generate your prepaid return shipping label.

Note: If you opted out of Package Protection, you can still use the portal, but the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund / or be charged directly at time of generating the label. 

Exchanges

Not quite what you wanted? To start an exchange, please reach out to our team directly at hello@buysexysocks.com.

Exchange Requirements:

- Window: Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Details: Please include your order number and the specific item you would like to exchange for in your email.

We’ll help coordinate the swap to ensure you get your new pair as quickly as possible!

Damaged or Faulty Items

Quality is our priority, but we know accidents can happen during transit. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we want to make it right immediately.

Please do not use the returns portal for damaged goods. Instead, email us at hello@buysexysocks.com with:

- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- A clear photo of the damage.

Our team will review your case and assist with a replacement accordingly.
